Abstrakt
The primary investigations for the electrochemical machining when the universal electrode vibrating with ultrasonic frequency are presented. The influence of the amplitude of ultrasonic vibrations, interelectrode voltage, electrode feed rate, interelectrode gap thickness on final metal removal rate and surface roughness have been taken into account. The tests indicated that introduction of electrode ultrasonic vibrations can change conditions of dissolution process and cause the increase of allowance thickness a and material removed rate Vw without surface quality decreasing.
