INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEPOSITING PAPERS IN THE REPOSITORY OF THE CRACOW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Students, doctoral students and employees of the Cracow University of Technology have the possibility to deposit works in the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology.
To deposit a paper in the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology, log in to the portal of the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology. Login takes place on the basis of a valid library card, an electronic student ID card or a university identification card.
After logging in in the My Account tab, select the option: deposit.
1. Choose the collection and type of publication you want to deposit.
If you have not obtained permission to deposit the document in the collection you selected, contact the administrator of the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology.
2. Provide information about the deposited paper.
The data entered concern the bibliographic description and subject of the paper.
3. Approve the license on the basis of which you want to share the paper.
The Cracow University of Technology license should be downloaded from the website of the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology, filled in and sent to the address of the Cracow University of Technology Library.
If the publication is made available under an open license, please select the appropriate one.
4. Upload file.
Publications can consist of more than one file. The file size limit is 512 MB. Please note if the PDF file contains a text layer. This can be checked, e.g. by selecting text and copying it to the editor. Documents consisting of scanned images, protected against copying, etc. are not available in full-text search, they also prevent indexing of search engines.
The deposited paper will be checked and approved by the editors of the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology.
At any time during the deposit process you can stop and return to depositing at a later time.The data will be stored until the deposit is resumed. You can withdraw from the deposit at any time.
The depositor is responsible for the authenticity and credibility of the data.
In the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology you can deposit your own:
· Manuscripts (preprints)
· Scientific publications (postprints)
· Syllabuses, scripts, and other teaching materials
· Other types of materials related to science and didactics
The official language used in the repository is Polish, but it is recommended to prepare key words and summaries in English.
