LICENSES IN THE REPOSITORY OF THE CRACOW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Authors can deposit their work in Repository of the Cracow University of Technology after signing the author's license specifying the conditions for sharing an online document.
We offer the use of Creative Commons open licenses, which allow you to keep your own rights and at the same time share your work with others.
Each author is asked to select one of the following licenses when depositing:
- Recognition of authorship 4.0 International - license content
- Recognition of authorship - the same conditions 4.0 International - license content
- Recognition of authorship - Non-commercial use 4.0 International - license content
- Recognition of authorship - Non-commercial use - the same conditions 4.0 International - license content
- Recognition of authorship - No dependent works 4.0 International - license content
- Recognition of authorship - Non-commercial use - No dependent works 4.0 International - license content
Authors who do not select any open license sign a non-exclusive license to use the work. The license agreement must be completed in duplicate, signed and delivered to the Cracow University of Technology Library.
Before the work is made available in the Repository of the Cracow University of Technology, the editors check whether the formal conditions have been met (author's consent).
The authors who deposit their work in the repository retain their personal copyrights, at the same time they declare that they are entitled to proprietary copyrights to the text being sent. The document deposited by them can not infringe the copyrights of third parties.
