Abstract
Przedmiotem pracy było określenie miarodajnych charakterystyk zmienności natężenia ruchu i jego parametrów dla potrzeb eksploatacyjnych wybranych obiektów drogowych. Dla realizacji tego celu wykonano analizy danych ruchowych z lat 2000 – 2012 oraz obliczenia i eksperymenty symulacyjne. Badania te pozwoliły na zidentyfikowanie zmienności natężenia ruchu w różnych horyzontach czasu i jej determinant oraz ich wpływu na charakterystyki natężenia ruchu miarodajne dla celów eksploatacji z wymaganym poziomem sprawności. W pracy przedstawiono: podział sieci dróg na odcinki jednorodne ruchowo (analiza skupień), reprezentatywne profile zmienności natężeń ruchu (teoria szeregów czasowych, z definicji), analizy wrażliwości wybranych obiektów drogowych na zmiany natężenia ruchu w czasie, modelowe zależności pomiędzy cechami zmienności natężenia ruchu w czasie a SDR i Qm (analizy regresyjne, sztuczne sieci neuronowe), model uzupełniania brakujących danych ruchowych (SARIMA). Opracowano także procedury wyznaczania natężeń miarodajnych i ich charakterystyk do bieżących potrzeb eksploatacji z uwzględnieniem różnych długości okresów pomiaru ruchu. Wnioski wynikające z przeprowadzonych badań tworzą podstawę teoretyczno-empiryczną umożliwiającą podniesienie jakości i wiarygodności określania natężeń miarodajnych a w konsekwencji jakości rozwiązań drogowych.
The objective of this research was to determine representative characteristics of traffic flow variability and its parameters for exploitation needs of the selected road facilities. To carry out this purpose there was performed traffic volume data analysis between 2000–2012. The investigations enabled to identify the traffic flow variability at different periods of time, its determinants and their impact on the traffic flow characteristics representative for exploitation needs at the required level of service. The research presented: division of the road networks into uniforms traffic sections (cluster analysis); representative traffic volume profiles (time series theory, by definition); analysis of the sensitivity of the road facilities considering traffic variability in time, model relationships between time–related characteristics of traffic volume variability and AADT and DHV (regression analysis, artificial neural network), model intended to complete missing traffic data (SARIMA). There has also been designed procedure meant to determine representative traffic volume and its characteristics related to current exploitation needs. Conclusions from the conducted research create theoretical and empirical foundations which make it possible to improve quality and credibility of the representative traffic volume and consequently improving quality of road facility solutions.
