This article presents the story of the construction of the House of Stone – Steinhaus designed by Günther Domenig. This rather little building became an icon of twentieth century architecture. Its revolutionary shape influenced next generations of architects and contributed to the development of new trends in contemporary architecture.

Niewielkich gabarytów budynek stał się ikoną XX wiecznej architektury, jego rewolucyjny kształt wpłynął na następne pokolenia architektów i przyczynił się do powstanie nowych nurtów w architekturze współczesnej.
