Celem pracy było wytworzenie stabilnych emulsji pierwotnych typu O/W techniką mieszania mechanicznego. Fazę wodną emulsji stanowiły wodne roztwory hydrokoloidów. Emulsje pierwotne wytwarzano przy zastosowaniu różnych rodzajów mieszadeł (turbina Rusthona, mieszadło śmigłowe) przy częstościach obrotów w zakresie 3,33 + 33,3 s-1. W ramach pracy określono przydatność techniki mieszania mechanicznego do wytwarzania emulsji pierwotnych o potencjalnym znaczeniu farmaceutycznym oraz najkorzystniejsze parametry procesu ich wytwarzania.
The aim of this study was to produce a stable oil in water emulsion for pharmaceutical preparation via mechanical mixing. Oil-in-water emulsions were prepared using solution of hydrocolloids as water phase and Miglyol 812N and vegetable oils as the oil phase. These emulsions were prepared using different types of stirrers like Rusthon turbine and propeller stirrer. The range of stirrer speed was 3,33 + 33,3 s-1. Mechanical mixing has limitations in the production of these emulsions. In this research the most favourable parameters of preparation of emulsion was determined.
