Abstract: W artykule przedstawiono elementy składowe planu zarządzania nieruchomościami wynikające z obowiązujących przepisów prawa. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na analizę strategiczną nieruchomości i jej otoczenia, wariantowanie postępowania z nieruchomością oraz ocenę efektywności ekonomicznej opracowanych wariantów.

The paper presents component elements of the real estate management plan, which are the result of the valid law regulations. Authors paid particular attention to the strategic analyses of a real estate and its surrounding, different variants of the procedure with a real estate and estimation of economic effectiveness of the elaborated variants.
