Abstract
Głównym celem naukowo-badawczym pracy jest określenie czynników generujących procesy zachodzące w wiejskich układów osadniczych, w kierunku możliwości ich wykorzystania w lokalnym rozwoju oraz sformułowanie wniosków określających optymalne działania w rozwoju obszarów wiejskich, wykorzystujące zapis tradycji miejsca. Zakres problemowy pracy obejmuje badania procesów zachodzących w strukturach wsi w aspektach pojęcia tradycji i pokrewnych nauk oraz planowania przestrzennego. Zakres terytorialny stanowi obszar polskiej części Zamagurza Spiskiego, w tym szczegółowo analizy wsi Frydman i Czarna Góra. Otrzymane wnioski badawcze potwierdzają tezę, dowodząc iż m.in.: kluczowe znaczenie czynników naturalnych dla początków osadnictwa, determinując dalsze funkcjonowanie układu, równolegle do zachodzących zmian cywilizacyjnych. Wpływ ten jest znacząco utrzymany, potwierdzając powiązanie struktury z miejscem. Wnioski aplikacyjne wskazują, iż odwołanie się do tradycji miejsca jako informacji o zasobach lokalnych, wpisanych w struktury krajowe i unijne, może być celowe ze względu na swoją prawdziwość i stosowność.
The main scientific and research goal of the work is to determine the factors generating the processes occurring in rural settlement systems, towards the possibility of using them in local development, and to formulate conclusions defining the optimal activities in rural development, using the tradition of the place. The problematic scope of the work includes the study of processes taking place in the structures of villages in aspects of the concept of tradition and related sciences and spatial planning. The territorial scope is the area of the Polish part of Zamagurze Spiski, including a detailed analysis of the villages of Frydman and Czarna Góra. The obtained research conclusions confirm the thesis, proving that, inter alia: the key importance of natural factors for the beginnings of settlement, determining the further functioning of the system, parallel to the changes taking place in civilization. This influence is significantly maintained, confirming the structure-site relationship. The applications indicate that referring to the tradition of the place as information about local resources, inscribed in national and EU structures, may be purposeful due to its truthfulness and relevance.
