Rezydencje i folwarki stanowią istotny komponent dziedzictwa kulturowego krajobrazu wiejskiego, łącząc w sobie wiele wartości. Celem opracowania jest analiza stanu zachowania, wartości krajobrazowych oraz potencjału rewaloryzacyjnego zabytkowego zespołu dworsko-parkowego i folwarku w miejscowości Wichorze (woj. kujawsko-pomorskie). Badania objęły analizę źródeł historycznych, inwentaryzację roślinności drzewiastej i zielnej, identyfikację elementów architektonicznych i układu wodnego, ocenę struktury komunikacyjnej oraz analizę widokową. Stwierdzono znaczną degradację założenia, zanik pierwotnej kompozycji przestrzennej, wtórną sukcesję roślinności oraz pogarszający się stan techniczny budynków. Jednocześnie ustalono, że zróżnicowanie wysokościowe terenu, obecność pozostałości zabudowy oraz bogaty skład gatunkowy roślin wskazują na istotny potencjał miejsca w kontekście przywrócenia mu dawnej świetności. Zachowanie tego typu obiektów jest kluczowe dla ochrony zabytkowych krajobrazów kulturowych.
Residences and farmsteads constitute a significant component of the cultural heritage of the rural landscape, embodying a wide range of values. The aim of this study was to analyze the state of preservation, landscape value, and revitalization potential of the historic manor and park complex and the adjacent farmstead in the village of Wichorze (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). The research included an analysis of historical sources, an inventory of woody and herbaceous vegetation, identification of architectural elements and the water system, assessment of the communication structure, and a visual (viewshed) analysis. The findings revealed significant degradation of the site, including the loss of spatial composition, secondary vegetation succession, and the deteriorating technical condition of the buildings. At the same time, it was determined that the site’s varied topography, remnants of former structures, and diverse plant species composition indicate substantial potential for restoring its former splendor. The preservation of such sites is essential to protecting historic cultural landscapes.
