Abstrakt
The aim of this article is to analyse the problem of regulatory dualism in the placement of advertising boards and devices in the city of Krakow. The study focuses on comparing the provisions of the landscape resolution with the regulations contained in the resolutions on the creation of cultural parks. The results of the study indicate significant discrepancies between the examined documents. A lack of a clear hierarchy in the application of regulations and a need to standardise regulations were identified.
Celem artykułu jest analiza problemu dualizmu regulacyjnego w zakresie sytuowania tablic i urządzeń reklamowych na obszarze miasta Krakowa. Badanie koncentruje się na porównaniu postanowień uchwały krajobrazowej z regulacjami zawartymi w uchwałach o utworzeniu parków kulturowych. Wyniki badań wskazują na istotne rozbieżności pomiędzy badanymi dokumentami. Zidentyfikowano brak jednoznacznej hierarchii stosowania przepisów oraz potrzebę ujednolicenia regulacji.
