Abstrakt
The aim of this paper is to analyse risks associated with excavation works carried out during the exposure of foundation walls and to evaluate the applied repair methods. The study was conducted as a case study based on the historic Bobrowski palace and park complex in Andrychów. The article draws on design documentation, on-site observations during construction works, and assessment of the condition of the foundation zone. Recommendations and conclusions consistent with conservation doctrine are presented.
Celem artykułu jest analiza zagrożeń związanych z prowadzeniem robót ziemnych podczas odsłaniania ścian fundamentowych oraz ocena zastosowanych metod naprawczych. Badania przeprowadzono w formie studium przypadku na przykładzie zabytkowego zespołu pałacowo-parkowego Bobrowskich w Andrychowie. W artykule wykorzystano dokumentację projektową, obserwację podczas wykonanych robót budowlanych oraz ocenę stanu strefy fundamentowej. Przedstawiono rekomendacje oraz wnioski zgodne z doktryną konserwacji zabytków.
