W artykule pokazano różne podejścia projektowe w zakresie kształtowania krajobrazu i architektury winnic, uwzględniając zarówno rekonstrukcje i rewaloryzacje historycznych założeń, jak i współczesne projekty i realizacje inspirowane motywami i elementami winnic, a także wykorzystujące krajobraz winnic jako tło dla nowych, bardzo spektakularnych i abstrahujących od kontekstu, kreacji architektonicznych. Te współczesne tendencje projektowe – zilustrowane na wybranych realizacjach – przedstawiono w kontekście ich udostępniania dla różnych form turystyki, w tym turystyki kulturowej i enoturystyki.
The article shows different approaches in the field of landscaping and architectural design of vineyards, taking into account – both the reconstruction and renovation of historical foundations, as well as contemporary projects, inspired by the motifs and elements of vineyards and also the ones, using the landscape of wineries as a background for new, very spectacular and disregarding from landscape context – architectural creations. These contemporary design trends – illustrated on selected projects – are presented in the context of their accessibility for various forms of tourism, including cultural tourism and wine-tourism.
