Abstract
Czy trwałość detalu w obiektach współczesnych pozwoli na przetrwanie jak w przypadku detalu w obiektach zabytkowych? Czy techniczne właściwości tworzywa detalu dzisiejszej architektury, pozwolą na zachowanie go dla przyszłych pokoleń? Oprócz piękna formy detalu zawsze dotykamy również problemów technologicznych. Dylematy związane z wyborem materiałów we wznoszonych obiektach budowlanych dotyczą także materiału, z jakiego wykonany zostanie detal architektoniczny.
Will the durability of detail in contemporary buildings help it to outlast, as it was the case of details in historic buildings? Will the physical properties of material, of which the detail is made, preserve it for futurę generations? In addition to beautiful form of a detail, we should consider some of it technological aspects. The question of choosing the right material of which a detail should be made seems to be on of the most important issues.
