The paper tries to answer the question whether the changing needs of the users generate the formation of single-use architecture – and thus, transient along with that utility. The paper addresses the issue of development of architecture, whose usefulness passed away and the problem of vacancy. The main problem tackled in the article is to recover the existing architecture, incorporating it into everyday use for the benefit of the environment. The work includes examples of facilities, which are not used for a variety of functions that could be converted for the benefit of society and culture. The article also addresses the importance of architecture in combination with its usefulness.
