Abstract: Przedstawiono własne projekty stabilizacji fundamentów przy pomocy mikropali wykonane dla czterech obiektów usytuowanych w obrębie Starego Miasta w Krakowie. Trzy projekty dotyczą budynków znajdujących się w stanie zagrożenia katastrofą na skutek posadowienia na słabej warstwie podłoża gruntowego. Przedstawiono też projekt żelbetowej płyty przekrywającej podziemną ekspozycję w Rynku Głównym. W tym przypadku mikropale umożliwiły ochronę historycznych murów Sukiennic. Wykorzystano mikropale jako elementy przekazujące obciążenia od budynku na położone głęboko, nośne warstwy gruntu. Pozwoliło to usunąć zjawisko rozluźnienia gruntu i ograniczyć ingerencję w historyczne warstwy podłoża zalegające p.p. posadowienia fundamentów. Kontrola przeprowadzona po upływie 4–6 lat od czasu wykonania remontów budynków potwierdziła skuteczność zastosowanej metody.

The authors present their own designs of stabilizing the foundation of four buildings situated within the Cracow Old Town Center. Three of them concern restoration of buildings in danger of collapsing due to uneven settlement of foundations or the layer of weak ground. The project of the reinforced concrete plate covering a new underground museum in the Main Square Market has also been presented. In this particular case the micropiles made it possible to protect historical walls of the Clothes Hall. In all cases micropiles were used as the elements transmitting the loads from building onto deep carrying layers of the ground. The use of micropiles does not cause harmful loosing of the ground and minimizes the impact on historical layers below foundations. The check of the condition of these buildings carried out after 4–6 years proved the efficiency of the applied method.
