Abstract: Przez ostatnie 30 lat architektura krajobrazu rozwijała się bardzo dynamicznie i osiągnęła wysoki poziom ekspresji architektoniczno-urbanistycznej. Możemy obserwować wiele przykładów architektury parkowej, która ma duży wpływ na wygląd i tożsamość kulturową współczesnego miasta. During the last thirty years landscape architecture achieved a hight level of development. We can observe many kinds of new garden's buildings which have influence on the image of contemporary city. The author presents five different kinds of contemporary garden's architecture: 1. Pavilon architecture 2. Architectonical „object” 3. Architecture of terrain morphology 4. Postindustrial architecture 5. Space installation The urban parks and gardens are very special areas in contemporary cities and they are very important for cultural identity of these cities.
