Abstract
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest określenie na przykładzie Montpellier zasad kształtowania środowiska życia w Technopolii. Problem ten został przedstawiony na przykładzie trzech dzielnic nowo budowanego obszaru miasta Port Marianne. Technopolia Montpellier oferuje wysokiej jakości środowisko zamieszkania dzięki atrakcyjnej kompozycji nowych założeń, bliskości miejsc pracy, wyposażeniu w usługi, a także obecności terenów sportu i rekreacji oraz kompleksów zieleni urządzonej.
The aim of the article is to establish principles of creating a living environment in a Technopoles on the example of Montpellier. Three districts of the newly built area of Port Marianne have been examined. The modern Technopoles provides friendly and comfortable conditions of habitation, owing to its fine combination of attractive spatial arrangement, the closeness of working places and the presence of a multitude of public amenities and recreation centres, all set among carefully designed municipal green areas.
