W artykule omówiono sposoby promocji rozwiązań zrównoważonych w architekturze mieszkaniowej w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Unii Europejskiej i Wielkiej Brytanii. Uwagę skierowano w szczególności na rolę systemów oceny cech inwestycji wykorzystywanych do rozpowszechniania tendencji wprowadzania cech zrównoważonych w realizowanej zabudowie mieszkaniowej. Opisano także możliwości zastosowania funkcjonujących za granicą metod promocji na terenie Małopolski.
The article discusses the manners of promoting sustainable solutions in housing architecture in the United States, the European Union and Great Britain. A considerable amount of thought was given to the role of systems assessing the features of investments used for disseminating the tendencies of introducing sustainable features in the implemented housing. Some possibilities of using foreign methods of promotion on the area of Małopolska were also presented.
