Abstract
Rozwój zrównoważony ma związek z kształtowaniem środowiska mieszkaniowego, a jego integralną częścią jest projektowanie zrównoważone. Określenie roli, jaką mogą w procesie rozwoju zrównoważonego odegrać architekci, urbaniści i planiści jest kluczowym zadaniem dla przyszłości obrazu otaczającej nas przestrzeni. Na stopień zastosowań projektowania zrównoważonego w praktyce projektowej i realizacyjnej bezpośredni wpływ mają: polityka oraz poziom świadomości wszystkich uczestników procesu inwestycyjnego. Lobbowanie na rzecz zapisów prawnych i rozwiązań finansowych oraz powszechna informacja i edukacja może spopularyzować rozwiązania zrównoważone. Zadaniem naukowców i praktyków jest znalezienie spójnej metody oceny inwestycji pod kątem stopnia jej zrównoważenia, w tym określenia sposobu oceny poszczególnych elementów, wyznaczenia ich rangi w ocenie ostatecznej, podjęcia decyzji, kto i na jakim etapie powinien tej oceny dokonywać oraz skorelowania jej z zapisami prawnymi, ulgami finansowymi i sposobami promowania obiektów uzyskujących wysoką ocenę.
Sustainable development refers directly to the shaping of a housing environment, and sustainable design makes its integral part. Determining architects and planners' role in the process of sustainable development is the key assignment for the future image of the space that surrounds us. The degree of the uses of sustainable design in the designing and implementing practice is directly influenced by: the policy and the level of consciousness of all the participants in the investment process. Lobbying on legal regulations and financial solutions as well as broad information and education using some positive examples may popularize sustainable solutions. Scientists and practitioners have been assigned to find a cohesive method of assessing an investment from the viewpoint of its sustainability, to determine the manner of assessing individual elements, to set their importance in the final assessment, to decide who ought to make the assessment and to correlate it with legal regulations, financial reductions and the manners of promoting objects which receive a high assessment.
