Abstract: Zielona Gora, as many other postindustrial cities, faces a problem of finding a new use for old warehouses and factories. One of the most remarkable example how the problem can be resolved, undoubtedly being an excellent model to be imitated, is an abandoned factory at Fabryczna St., which is being successfully converted to housing purposes – top-end designed and exclusively finished lofts.
