Abstract
The research deliberations' are concerning problems associated with city's public space formation. For whom we create modern space and who is an architecture receiver?
The search for the answers of above questions is based on own design experience, connected with new space structure's implementation, with its modern aesthetics and functional demands, into existent, context defined down-town surroundings.
The experience is presented on the basis of architectural conception research concerning bus station's complex with communication junction in Cracov. The plan's conception was an attempt to create optimum new public space for the city.
