Abstract
Although architecture is the most durable of all art forms, even the most cleverly designed buildings become old with time. The aging does not only cause technical problems, but also changes the construction's appearance. Yet architecture does not necessarily have to lose its esthetic values with time. On the contrary, it can gain new ones and become even more beautiful.
