Abstract
raca dotyczy napędu i sterowania ruchem roboczym maszyn w urządzeniach mobilnych i stacjonarnych. Maszyny robocze lub inne urządzenia mogą wymagać kontroli i sterowania ciśnieniem lub prędkością lub łącznie tymi parametrami w danej linii zasilania hydraulicznego. Do tego celu można stosować różne techniki regulacji w tym zawory hydrauliczne różnego typu. W pracy zajęto się zaworami zwanymi regulatorami przepływu o konstrukcji nabojowej, które mogą być montowane w blokach sterujących lub niezależnie w poszczególnych liniach układu. Przeprowadzono analizę rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych regulatorów przepływu produkowanych obecnie przez różnych producentów. Na rynku rozpowszechnione są regulatory dwu- i trójdrogowe. W literaturze brak wyraźnego rozgraniczenia, gdzie i który, z tych regulatorów powinien być zastosowany przy regulacji prędkości przepływu. Było to inspiracją do podjęcia pracy. W pracy przedstawiono charakterystyki przepływu zarówno dla regulatorów dwu drogowych, jak i trójdrogowych. Zauważono, że producenci rozwijają konstrukcję tego typu elementów zwiększając ofertę zastosowań. Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, że istnieją pewne problemy z uzyskaniem charakterystyk idealnych. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy literatury naukowej oraz katalogów producentów sformułowano cel i zakres pracy. Celem pracy było poszukiwanie rozwiązań pozwalających na podwyższenie dokładności regulacji z uwzględnieniem minimalizacji strat ciśnienia. Dla realizacji tego celu zostały wykorzystane metody modelowania matematycznego i symulacji cyfrowej. Zbudowano stanowisko do badań z komputerową akwizycją danych. Postawiono tezę, że poprzez odpowiedni dobór parametrów zaworu takich jak: dysze dławiące, sztywność i ugięcie wstępne sprężyny, można uzyskać zwiększoną dokładność regulacji prędkość przepływu. Wykazano, że regulatory trójdrogowe, są znacznie korzystniejsze ze względów energetycznych.
W zakres pracy wchodzi zbudowanie modelu matematycznego oraz badania eksperymentalne metodami symulacji cyfrowej. Równolegle z badaniami symulacyjnymi przeprowadzone zostały badania doświadczalne na zbudowanym do tego celu stanowisku badawczym, co pozwoliło na weryfikację założeń przyjętych w badaniach teoretycznych. Postawiona teza i cel pracy został zrealizowany.
The work concerns the hydraulic drive and control systems of the machine's working movement, including mobile and stationary devices. Operation of heavy-duty machines and other devices may require control of pressure or speed, as well as both of these parameters in a given hydraulic line. Various control techniques can be used for this purpose, including hydraulic valves of multiple types. The work deals with valves called flow regulators of cartridge design, which can be mounted in control blocks or independently in individual system lines. An analysis of design solutions of the flow regulators currently offered by leading manufacturers was carried out. Two- and three-way regulators are widespread on the market. However, there is no clear distinction in the literature regarding where and which of these regulators should be used to regulate the flow rate. This was the inspiration for the work. The work presents flow characteristics for both two-way and three-way regulators. It was noticed that manufacturers are developing the design of these types of elements, increasing the range of applications. The analysis shows that there are specific problems with obtaining ideal characteristics. Based on scientific literature studies and manufacturers' catalogues, the aim and scope of the work were formulated. The work aimed to search for solutions that increase the accuracy of regulation while considering the minimization of pressure losses. To achieve this aim, mathematical modelling and digital simulation methods were used. Next, a test bench with a computer data acquisition system was built. The thesis was put forward that increased accuracy of flow rate regulation can be achieved by appropriately selecting valve parameters such as throttling nozzles, stiffness and initial tension of the springs. It was shown that three-way regulators are much more advantageous from an energetic perspective. The scope of the work included constructing a mathematical model and carrying out experimental studies using numerical simulation methods. In parallel with the simulation studies, laboratory experiments were conducted on a test bench built for this purpose. The experiments allowed the assumptions adopted in the theoretical studies to be verified. The thesis and the aim of the work have been achieved.
