W rozprawie omówiono wpływ metod klasyfikacji produktów na efektywność transportu wewnątrzmagazynowego. W ramach niniejszej dysertacji zaproponowano szereg rozwiązań autorskich. W pierwszym rozdziale rozprawy przedstawiono genezę powstania pracy, zidentyfikowano obszar badawczy oraz przedstawiono zakres pracy, zdefiniowano tezę i cel rozprawy. Rozdział drugi został poświęcony metodom klasyfikacji i rozmieszczenia produktów w magazynach. Trzeci rozdział zawiera omówienie zagadnień ściśle związanych z samą kompletacją. W rozdziale czwartym przedstawiono autorską metodę symulacji i oceny efektywności procesu kompletacji zamówień. Przedstawiona metoda bazuje na generowaniu list kompletacji zamówień, a następnie symulacji procesu ich kompletacji na wykonanym na potrzeby pracy oprogramowaniu. Rozdział piąty poświęcono na przedstawienie wyników oceny wpływu doboru kryteriów podziału produktów na efektywność procesu kompletacji. W rozdziale szóstym przedstawiono autorskie metody klasyfikacji produktów opracowane na potrzeby niniejszej dysertacji tj., metodę podziału produktów z uwzględnieniem ich wzajemnych powiazań na listach kompletacji, algorytm podziału produktów na klasy przy dynamicznym wyznaczaniu granic oraz metodę wykorzystującą SSN. Wnioski wynikające z przeprowadzonych w rozprawie rozważań zawarto w rozdziale dziewiątym. Przedstawiono w nim również kierunki dalszych badań.
This dissertation presents the influence of methods of product classification on the warehouse internal transport efficiency. In the First Chapter, the author presents the genesis and the scope of the dissertation. The area of research is identified and the thesis and the purpose of the dissertation are defined. Chapter Second is devoted to methods of product classification and product distribution in warehouses. The Third chapter includes issues strictly connected with the completion itself. Chapter Four deals with a method of the simulation and effectiveness evaluation of the order completion process worked out by the author. The method is based first on the generation of order completion lists, and then on simulation of the process of their completion done in software developed for that dissertation. Chapter Five presents the results of the evaluation of the influence of product selection criteria on the effectiveness of completion process. Chapter Six contains the author’s methods of product classification, i.e. the product selection method which includes products’ mutual relationships on the completion lists, the algorithm of product selection into classes with the dynamic border determination, and the method that uses ANN. The conclusions derived from the research carried out in the dissertation are in Chapter Nine. This chapter also states the directions of further research.
