Przedmiotem pracy jest analiza porównawcza dwóch różnych metod obliczeniowych połączeń kołnierzowych zawartych w normie europejskiej PN-EN 13445-3 i w specyfikacji technicznej WUDT-UC. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono w pracy omówieniu różnic związanych z obliczaniem naciągu montażowego i naciągu ruchowego śrub, koniecznych dla zapewniania szczelnej pracy połączenia kołnierzowego. Omawiane zagadnienia zilustrowano przykładami liczbowymi. Stwierdzono różnice w wielkości naciągów śrub wyznaczonych w oparciu o porównywane algorytmy obliczeń.
The aim of this work is the comparative analysis of two different calculation methods of the flange connections comprised in PN-EN 13445-3 standard and WUDT-UC technical specification. The particular attention was paid to differences in the calculation of assembling and operating the bolt loads, necessary to the tight work of flange connection. The discussed issues have been illustrated by numerical examples. The differences have been found in the size of the bolt loads that were designated on the basis of the compared calculations algorithms.
