Abstract: The possibility to improve the efficiency of formation of bionanocomposites on the base of starch and Na-montmorillonite (MMT) by the application of the complex mechanothermal action, generated in the rotor-impules devise (RID) was under the investigation. RID provides high performance of all stages of the bionanocomposites obtainment: MMT dispersion, starch gelatinization, blending of composite components. As a result intercalated starch-MMT bionanocomposite and exfoliated cationic starch-MMT bionanocomposite were produced.
