In order to improve energy-saving pulsed infrared drying - stimulation technology of crop seeds, providing their high quality, the mathematical model of heat- and mass transfer in drying in an oscillating electromagnetic field is developed. The model is adequate to the real process. Recommendations on the hardware design of process of a pulsed infrared drying stimulation of crop seeds, as well as on radiators type and heat flux are given. The method of engineering calculation of the dryer is developed.
