Abstract: Artykuł przywołuje przykłady, które we współczesnych formach zawierają elementy historycznych modeli przestrzeni teatralnej. Uwagę zwrócono na organizację audytoriów występujących przy scenach pudełkowych, bliższą rozwiązaniom II poł. XIX w. niż zreformowanym z pocz. XX w., dążącym do eliminowania podziałów. Powstaje pytanie, czy stanowi to odzwierciedlenie zmian społecznych, czy swobodnych inspiracji i interpretacji modeli historycznych.

The paper concerns the chosen examples of theatrical buildings, which in contemporary forms contain auditoriums based on the historical types of the theatrical space. The auditoriums are limited and divided like in the buildings based on the type of the Baroque theatre in realizations in second half of the 19th century. It is question, if the contemporary solutions reflect a view of reality – social aspect or there are loose inspirations and interpretations of the theatrical space types.
