Abstract
Architektura sakralna, z uwagi na jej specyfikę, pozwala przejrzyście zanalizować zmieniający się sposób podejścia twórców do kwestii pojmowania roli i znaczenia obiektu sakralnego. Na przestrzeni stulecia można zaobserwować zwiększającą się ilość zróżnicowanych kreacji przestrzeni sakralnej. Prognoza na przyszłość, formułowana na podstawie doświadczeń minionych epok, nie wyklucza potencjalnej możliwości powrotu do zbliżonej idei twórczej, choć realizowanej w możliwie szerokim zakresie.
Sacred architecture, because of her specificity, lets analyse the changing approach of authors to the issue of comprehending the role and meaning of the sacred object. Over an area of the century it is possible to observe increasing number of diversified performances of the sacred space. Forecast next time, formulated on the basis of experience of bygone eras, doesn’t exclude the potential option of the return to the similar idea creative, though carried out in possibly wide range.
