Abstract
Wzrost zainteresowania czystą energią, stanowiącą w zasadzie produkt uboczny naturalnych zjawisk występujących w przyrodzie (energia wody, wiatru, biomasy, energia geotermalna i promieniowania słonecznego), sprawił, że pozyskiwanie energii z tych źródeł stało się godne uwagi, w pełni postrzegane jako alternatywne źródło energii. Aktualnie niejednoznaczne uwarunkowania prawne umożliwiają traktowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii jako dodatkowych, a nie alternatywnych. Niezależnie jednak od tego rozwój inwestycji w tym kierunku sprawił, że uzyskana „czysta” energia osiągnęła znaczącą pozycję w bilansie paliwowo-energetycznym kraju.
The height of the interest with the clean energy determining in principle the by-product of natural occurrences occurrent in nature (the energy of the water, winds, the biomass, the energy of underground sources and the solar radiation) it caused that gaining over of the energy from these sources had become a worthy thing of the attention, fully perceived as the alternative source of the treatment of renewable sources of energy as additional and not alternative. Independently however the development of the investment in this direction caused that obtained "clean" energy had become a significant position in the balance of fuels and energies of the country.
